rss plugin not saving new filters

What steps will reproduce the problem? I'm not sure why this is happening...or how to reproduce it but editing old filters or saving new filters isn't working. All permissions are correct. What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I expect to be able to add filters, i imagine this MAY be due to updating between SVN versions...i would RATHER not have to rewrite all my filters but will if it is the only solution What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? svn 329 on FreeBSD 7.2 Please provide any additional information below.

1) See comment 13 in issue 47 2) Got from svn last version of rss plugin.
