New Keybaord Shortcuts and Defaults

Added, changed, and edited the default shortcuts and tooltips for MyPaint. Also removed the RevealLayersTool, and similar objects and replaced them with their Toggle versions. Lastly, I've added the shortcuts for the Inking Tool.

    thank for your review comments, and also sharing the Gnome HIG page. I will definitely keep those in mind when going through the shortcut list again. I will also leave comments on why I made the changes. The comments will be removed them before the Pull Request is merge.
