KLS: Avoid repeated documentation requests. [phab:D2183]

Prior to this commit, the language server calls for Documentation each time time hover documentation is activated, even if the hoverdoc for that reference has already been expanded.

Cache hoverdoc in the ref to avoid repeating these lookups.
