This bump includes some shims to ease the transition between v1 and v2 of macaroons and bakeries.
Description of change
This commit moves us forward to using non "-unstable" dependencies as well as moving us forward to allow updating some of our deps (there have been some API changes between our existing and the current deps).
The commit doesn't take us all the way, it makes use of some wrappers that allow us to continue using v1 macaroons and bakeries without shifting over to v2 in one go. We envision removing these in the near future and moving up to newer versions (i.e. v2 branches of the bakeries).
