今天突然不论是部署在Azure的网站，还是本地的管理工具都无法访问SQL Azure了，有朋友碰到同样情况的么？

Network Infrastructure功能在华北地区出现问题，已经确认受影响的服务有：计算模块、SQL Database ,媒体服务、Azure Stream Analytics。使用这些服务的部分用户会受到影响。我们正在评估适当的恢复措施以确保服务完全恢复。我们会公布并及时告知用户新的进展， 并对给用户带来的不便表示歉意。 start-time：2015/9/14 10:14 CST We are experiencing an issue with Network Infrastructure in the China North sub-region.The impacted services we've confirmed are SQL Database, Media Services、Azure Stream Analytics.
