Firebug Lite 1.3a - local ajax request not listed in console

Question

Please see the attached pictures.  You will notice browser inconsistencies 
between IE7, FF 3.6 and Chrome 4.

IE7 - the request is not listed at all.
FF 3.7 - the request is listed, but the spinning rays icon doesn't disappear 
and time is not shown
Chrome 4 - the request is listed, but it's mark red (failed?)
