Empty HTML attributes and CSS properties when creating new elements

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 3280

Seems there are problems with the inline editor (see screenshot). This happens when
wanting to insert new elements.

1. Go to http://getfirebug.com
2. Switch to the HTML Panel
3. Click on the tag inside the Node View
4. Right-click the tag and select "New Attribute..." from the context-menu
5. Press Tab several times
6. Switch to the Style Side Panel
7. Double-click on the "body" rule
8. Press Tab several times

Pressing Tab several times creates in both cases several new (empty) entries instead
of jumping to the next editable element.

The attached patch is fixing this, though I'm not sure, if this is the right way. What's
the reason, that the value of the editor was not set to an empty string when editing
    is stopped?
