Flash in the Net panel should cover all browser plugins

Flash in the Net panel should not only be for Adobe Flash.
It should be for all browser plugins such as Java and Silverlight.

== Test case ==
Open Firebug with F12.
Select the Net panel.
There you can pick Flash.

Flash is not Java or Silverlight, so the filter name would be misleading.

I believe it would be better to implement issue 3699 or issue 4967 for this purpose.
Do you agree?
