[Safari - iOS7] BrowserWindowOpener : Loading indicator stays displayed : UIDL request does not reach server

Hello,

We have an issue with the BrowserWindowOpener component on Safari iOS7.

When you open and close several times a document using the BrowserWindowOpener, at a moment (sometimes after 2 attempts sometimes after 10) the loading indicator stays diplayed forever.

From what I see in the Vaadin Console, when the issue occurs, an UIDL request is sent but does not reach the server. (Checked with Charles proxy). So the client is waiting forever for the response.

This issue is reproductible on the sample project attached.

We detect the issue on Vaadin 7.1.15 but it also occurs on 7.3.0.

Could you please fix the issue ?
