Please stop use Google drive for new upstream release

In Debian and Ubuntu, we have tools to keep track of the new upstream release and download
them automatically. However, this is broken with the usage of Google drive.

Please use the Downloads section of code.google.com

This led us to move:
http://google-opensource.blogspot.se/2013/05/a-change-to-google-code-download-service.html

It looks like downloads from code.google.com won't be a viable option moving forward.
