workflow running twice

running from web, deploy runs twice in succession, responding to client with status 0 after first deploy ends

noticed on very large site, not small

further investigation needed

    system became unresponsive, restarting web server, php-fpm... browser wouldn't reopen. post reboot, replicated as attached.

    php-fpm continued to process.

    not such a large site. possibly environment related. need to try and replicate on another machine. not sure if can adjust httpd's max connection times on OpenBSD
