Reenable JSCS on JSX files

Question

Turns Out: JSCS wasn't working on JSX files because we were explicitly excluding JSX files. This fixes that, as well as all the style errors. :balloon:

Addresses #1101. This requires an npm install for the JSX parser used by JSCS.

I've read all the changes, but I'd like to take a look as well to make sure we didn't add any new code in there other than clean up. I'd like to prevent human error for this PR :)
