Fixes for dialog position breakpoints on large retina screens

Question

When using rems in breakpoints, they only use browser size (which could be adjust by the user in a browser), not a rem based on the CSS adjustment of the root size.

Thus, we have this large list of breakpoints to have the correct screen widths

(tested with emulation in devtools)

Well, I hate to say that I've tested this on both retina and non-retina, and it doesn't seem any better. But, it doesn't seem any worse either... So, I don't know what to do here. Do you prefer this code over the previous code?
