Disable menu items in text editing mode

I have mixed results testing the functionality below during text editing. "Return to Standard Photoshop" menu item does nothing. Clicking the RSP icon sometimes takes you out of editing mode, but you need to click it again to function. Sometimes I see it fail to exit editing mode and accumulating the clicks as actions. If that happens, the accumulated actions will be executed at the time of exiting editing mode. The same also applies to Quit Photoshop. Perhaps the safest is to disable the menu items and the icon when editing text layers. - Return to Standard Photoshop - Return to Standard Photoshop icon - Quit Photoshop

At least the "Return to Standard Photoshop" menu item is actually handled entirely by the Photoshop Spaces plugin. If it isn't working from within modal tool states (which is completely believable) then that is a core bug that requires a Watson issue.
