Version 2.6 has solved our problem with false positives after redirect, however we are now seeing an infinite recursion. Before the release of 2.6, we were exploring our own patch. It had the same problem. Seems to be related to following a link that only appears as the target of a form post. Linkchecker is performing both a head and get, but not a valid post. Not sure why it's looping instead of just stopping on the parent page after recording that it has seen it.
