When Inspecting a page the head tag and it's children should not cause any
highlighting and usually don't.
Unfortunately Firefox allows styles to be applied to the head tag and it's
children (head, script, title etc.) using a universal CSS selector.
To reproduce this issue:
1. Load the attached page
2. in the HTML tab mouse over the head node or it's children.
Nothing should be highlighted for these tags.
