User profile page not working

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Visiting the user's profile. For example: https://dev.gitblit.com/user/james
In fact, if you put a random string it will render badly, as well.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.0 Snapshot (default on dev.gitblit.com)

Now that I think about it, this might have to do with an anonymous user trying to access
a privileged page. I'm not sure, since I'm new to gitblit and haven't set up a server
with it, yet.
