Active repositories list not working on Nexus 7 (and potentially other Android devices)

Visiting https://dev.gitblit.com/ from my Nexus 7 device doesn't show any active repositories,
but shows HTML template code ({{item.p}}{{item.n}}).

This happens in the snapshot version of 1.6.0; I'm not sure about other versions.

This happens in both Firefox and Chrome in their respective last versions.
