can't able to see a repository when user Pushing into it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Repository not showing in list while pushing data from client

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Respectively repo not showing in list 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Gitblit 1.5.1

Can you provide more details about the repository?  Is it a new repository (i.e. empty)?
 Is the repository visible to any user or just not to some users?
