weblogic性能问题--线程阻塞

大家帮忙看下weblogic线程阻塞了
报错：which is more than the configured time (StuckThreadMaxTime) of "600" seconds. Stack trace:
但是不知道是怎么引起线程超时的，求解决方案。
另问吞吐率3.999正常吗，这个是什么逻辑？
