export of report type references drops the cite-key?

Hi I'm exporting a report item from Zotero (.e.g Frey, Carl Benedikt, and Michael Osborne. 2013. “The Future of Employment: How Susceptible Are Jobs to Computerisation?” Oxford: Oxford Martin School, Oxford University. http://www.oxfordmartin.ox.ac.uk/publications/view/1314.) The cite-key is Frey_2013 in Zotero. In the exported .bib file I get : {_c, location = {{Oxford}}, title = {The {{Future}} of {{Employment}}: {{How}} susceptible are jobs to computerisation?}, url = {http://www.oxfordmartin.ox.ac.uk/publications/view/1314}, shorttitle = {The {{Future}} of {{Employment}}}, timestamp = {2015-10-29T22:43:36Z}, institution = {{Oxford Martin School, Oxford University}}, author = {Frey, Carl Benedikt and Osborne, Michael}, date = {2013} }

Not sure if this is a bug, or an incorrect export setting

    Can you right-click that reference and select "send better bibtex error", and paste the resulting ID here?

    When you say "The cite-key is Frey_2013 in Zotero", do you mean that's what it shows in Zotero, or what you get when you export using regular BibTeX?
