java程序通过VPN连接不到数据库，pl/sql可以正常访问

Question

1、我的本机跟服务器不是局域网，我通过VPN连接，用pl/sql可以连接到服务器上的数据库，项目运行报错，连接不上数据库。
（程序中数据库连接配置跟net manager的配置是一致的）
2、用其它电脑尝试：（项目是SVN中的同一个项目，不存在差异）只有一台电脑程序是可以正常运行访问的，其它的电脑都会报错。
请问这是什么原因。错误信息如下：
