eclipse中run as里没有run on server选项

在elicpse中完成的PHP文件，可以在网页中输入localhost打开，但是在 eclipse中run as里没有run on server选项

刚才突然看到那个run on server的选项，点击后出现这个报错图片说明

    I resolved it this time by re-importing the Maven project. This recreated the .settings directory and eliminated the error.
