邮件发送问题 Failure Notice

Question

发送邮件遇到错误，申请项目，在邮件里附有附件，但是收到FAILURE NOTICE
，没有附件时不出现该问题。
但是需要附件，请问怎么解决？

I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Connected to remote host, but failed after I sent the message.
