Git切换分支提示git did not exit cleanly (exit code 1)

如题，切换分支的时候就报这个错git did not exit cleanly (exit code 1) ，各位大神，求解决

TransferMonitorTool.csproj
Please commit your changes or stash them before you switch branches.

本人的解决方法是，TortoiseGit -> Settings -> Saved Data, 把看到的clear都点一遍

就是你本地修改了文件，需要你提交本地的修改以后再切换分支。
