4.0 SDK: Missing documentation in some JSF samples directory

In the SDK Samples and under the JSF directory, there are 4 Samples. The following 3 do not have documentation (index.html) which describes how to run the sample. The samples are o contracts, fileUpload and HTML5

There is one sample (scrumtoys) that has documentation and can be used as an example of what is expected. For example and in my installation, you can see it under $HOME/workspace/glassfish4/samples/jsf/scrumtoys/src/docs/index.html

Environment

Installed java_ee_sdk-7-b79-jdk7-linux-x64.sh*, on OEL6 machine, using Maven version 3.0.5. Configured Maven environment as noted in http://aseng-wiki.us.oracle.com/asengwiki/display/GlassFish/BG+Development+Environment+Guide
