win 10 mysql5.7.17 安装卡在starting server，网上找了很多方法，比如用本地系统账户手动启动，或者删除注册表重装，还有更改my.ini，都没有用。
按照网上的说法也没有找到.err文件，结果发现这个文件直接显示在安装界面上了（尴尬）

路径有问题，是乱码，但是我的安装路径是全英文的，mysqld能在文件夹下找到，在dos下也启动不了。
使用它的默认路径也还是这个问题。
