javaweb 用idea配置filter 运行报错

    代码想实现的功能   记录网站访问人数
    一开始没有配置filter 普通的jsp可以运行  servlet也可以运行 现在运行普通的jsp页面也报错  我把web.xml里面的配置信息全删了  和filter没有关联的jsp页面也运行不了  一运行就报上面的错误
    求大神解答啊！！

你的项目没有加入到IDEA的tomcat中，你的项目的Artifacts 没有创建
