cmd命令下为什么会报这样的。。求解

提示缺少package，试试：

mvn eclipse:clean eclipse:eclipse -DownloadSource=true

如果还是报错，在pom中，找到org.hibernate:hibernate-proxoo 这个包，手动下载下来，手动用mvn命令打到本地maven仓库中。
