调试了很久 自己给自己回答吧 也是为了帮助更多的人

本人 Mac

 原因是 是设置了mirrors.sjtug.sjtu.edu.cn 镜像，注释掉 ，用官网提供的镜像

具体的设置是：「在你的 .bash_profile中，配置以后记得source .bash_profile一下」

还有一种情况就是我本地安装了多个 flutter  lib ，删掉没有用的 ，在Android Stuido 里面重新配置一下你的Flutter SDK 路径， 重启AS 就可以了
