安装软件问题

本人觉得很奇怪，安装360或者QQ管家里面的软件，都是一键安装，非常顺利的。可是安装个附加的软件怎么就会出现这样那样的问题呢？
安装个Mindmanager打开跳出“ Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
　　Runtime Error!
　　Program:c:/windows/explorer.exe
　　This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.Please contact the application's support team for more information。”

这是怎么回事？解决方法要装一个c++ runtime
为什么要这个这个c++ runtime？
