安排软件保护服务在xxxxxxxx时重新启动成功。原因: RulesEngine。

用的笔记本，隔两天开机一会儿便会有这个重启，而且是强制性的一分钟内重启。

感觉有点烦，也不是很懂，这个是什么、是做什么的？

可以把它关掉吗？

    你可以试一下： 

    "去 Computer Management->Services and Applications->Services and restart the Software Protection service". Description : Enables the download, installation and enforcement of digital licenses for Windows and Windows applications. If the service is disabled, the operating system and licensed applications may run in a notification mode. 

    可以把这个服务 “软件保护服务” 禁止了。
