Android 开发华为手机扫描不到BLE设备

本人开发BLE上位机过程中遇到的问题，用我的手机小米11手机开发是可以扫描到BLE设备并连接的，但是用华为（Android11）却是扫描不到，run出现上述情况，不知道是什么原因，并没有进入扫描回调
