Pycharm无法启动

Question

今天启动Pycharm的时候，启动失败了，昨天还好好的

完全重装、部分重装都试过了，有一次成功了，但之后就又这样了

之后我又开了一下Clion，也是同样的情况

版本都是2021.1.2

已解决！只要换成管理员身份运行就行了。希望能帮助到其他遇到相同问题的 ！
