myEclispe maven打包报错

org.apache.maven.plugins maven-assembly-plugin jar-with-dependencies com.ll.App make-assembly package single Cannot access https://maven.aliyun.com/repository/central ，不知道是啥原因 网络上面应该没啥问题，因为在pom.xml中添加依赖时，jar包可以正常下载，直接访问这个仓库地址页面也是有反应的 希望可以解惑

NoSuchElementException应该是版本不对，或者下载jar不成功，看看maven配置是否正常。
