请问我这段代码的break为什么处于循环之外

有谁能解释一下？是缩进的问题吗？

age=input("Please input your age: (Enter 'quit' to end the program)")
if age!='quit':
    age=int(age)
    if age<3:
       print("You don't need money.")
    elif age>=3 and age<=12:
       print("Please give me ten dollars.")
    else:
       print("Please give me 15 dollars.")
else:
    break

只有while循环才用break，单纯if else不需要用break，用pass就好了
