js取textarea的name值

编辑器是这个样子的，js加载出来的编辑器

编辑器是依靠以上加载出来的，加载出来后搞不懂怎么取textarea内容了，我这个取法不行，不加载编辑器纯textarea能取出来值，加载编辑器之后取不出来了

var name = document.getElementsByName("logcontent")[0].value;

求个取值的方法

总感觉是加载编辑器之后取得就不是textarea值了似的

按加载后的实际页面上的class去取
是div就取div,取textarea肯定拿不到啊。
