关于tomcat的在idea中乱码的问题

Question

就像上面这种，试过网上的方法，比如更改tomcat的配置

修改help中的文件

或者修改idea的配置文件，都不行，依然是乱码，请问该怎么解决？

只有tomcat日志乱码，其他的输出没有

tomcat安装目录下的 config/logging.properties 文件中有编码配置
