数据库云行正常 突然连不上了，用sqlplus / as sysdba 报ORA-12547: TNS:lost contact

以前正常可以连接数据库，今天早上突然就报了个12547错误

oracle@iZhp3dgm1routfkh0o1dyqZ:/u01/oracle11g/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/bin$ ./sqlplus / as sysdba
