problem of installing office on mac

Hello, I am running Word 16.9 on a Mac. I found problem after update my office. I get the following message: “Undo edit button not found” and “Insert citation button not found”. The error message is regularly appear in my screen and make me frustrated. I have reinstalled my office but It didn’t work. Please help me.
