VScode出现Error while fetching extensions.XHR.feiled是怎么回事？

Hi, 这个错误好像显示链接到extension marketplace时网络出现问题了，你可以参考下这个： https://github.com/microsoft/vscode/issues/34385 , 里面有几个别人分享的方法，比如：

1. I open the Developer Tools Network tab and close it. And it is ok ...
2. Go to network proxy setting and turn on "automatic detect" proxy and done

如果那些方法还是不能解决，可以尝试在这个问题下面加一个comment，到时候VS Code产品组的工程师看到了会帮忙解决。
