我之前出错spring 4.2.6.jar+hibernate3.jar
解决方式：
1. spring 4.2.6.jar+hibernate4.2.21.jar
2.hibernate4以上需要加包hibernate-commons-annotations-jar,jboss-logging-.GA.jar
3.更改beans.xml里面的相关hibernate3------->hibernate4
4.然后就解决了
