apache启动失败了

日志报错（习惯查具体日志，这里的查找方式看到的日志不全），提示你 不能绑定到端口90，侦听有问题。
检查配置文件是否正确配置侦听端口。
selinux已经关闭或者配置好对应的selinux设置。
