weblogic内应用服务启动不起来

想测试某个驱动是否与项目兼容 然后准备在本地弄一套环境去模拟下看看
然后遇到了weblogic内应用服务启动不起来
试过了很多办法都没有实质性的解决问题
比如 添加一个boot.properties 里边写入username 和password
路径下cmd 输入 startManagedWebLogic.cmd Server-0 http://127.0.0.1:7001
结果都不尽人意
各位兄台 有没有可以帮忙解决下该问题的
(jdk1.8 weblogic14.1.1 window系统)
