你好，我正在做一个springboot项目，用的是idea开发工具。结果，出现了一个问题，springboot只能显示html静态网页里面的内容，无法显示jsp网页，如果输入jsp网页的地址，它不是显示而是下载后缀名为.jsp的文件，这是为什么呢？

我也尝试过加jstl，但是jstl无法解析，maven里没有jstl这个类。怎么办？
