编译安装Python库后，Intelicode失效怎么办？

为什么我自己通过编译C++代码安装的dlib和OpenCV，绑定到Python后，不支持Visual Studio Code的自动补全了
为了使这两个支持cudnn和CUDA，我自己下载了源代码并使用CMake进行编译安装并绑定到Python上

可是在Visual Studio Code里，Intelicode无法正常工作了：

可以看到，这里想调用dlib.mattrix构建一个矩阵，但是InteliCode并没有正常工作，请问这种情况应该怎么办？
