‘learning_python.txt’在此文件的相同目录里，第二种打开文件方式为什么不行。

如果第一种方式能成功运行，说明当前python的运行目录是C:\User\19681\Destop\python练习，可以在文件中导入os模块，打印os.path.abspath(os.curdir)看一下
