搭建博客过程启动服务器失败

按教程搭建博客

到yarn add -D vuepress 这步出现warning 但是后面又显示success,但是 vuepress -v 显示不是内部处理器

接着在本地启动服务器，失败了，不知道为什么，帮助我这个小菜鸡

error:03000086:digital envelope routines::initialization error 上网查过这个错误的解决方法是vue的
