关于oracle 索引的问题？

在人员表中 tbl_person 中存在 age 字段。

并给 age 创建的索引。

如果执行以下sql

      select id,name,sex,age,phone

      from tbl_person where age in(12,15) 

age 作为条件查询项，本次查询 是否已经失效？
