ssh配置解释器时失败！

Question

pycharm连接ssh成功，然后配置解释器时有如下问题：

Command finished with exit code 0
Rsync command 'rsync' was not found neither in local PATH nor as full executable path
Starting introspection for Python.

echo ${SHELL}
/bin/sh
Command finished with exit code 0
/usr/bin/which python3
/bin/sh: 0: Illegal option --
Command finished with exit code 2
Failed to execute command
echo ${HOME}
/bin/sh: 0: Illegal option --
Command finished with exit code 2
Failed to execute command
